Scott: "You can't come with daddy, Bri bri. Daddy has to study"
Brielle: "Nooooo, daddy. I want you to come home with me and play with me! I want you daddy, I need you!
Braden: "I want a hug daddy. I want a kiss."
It breaks my heart. But he's got to do, what he's got to do. One more week of this and Scott will be done with his first year of medical school!!!!!!! He'll have the whole summer off to play with us!!!

Tender! Will they be ready to let him go back to school in the fall? It will just break their little hearts again. Enjoy the WHOLE SUMMER together!
so sad! i feel your pain...kamryn cries her most pitiful heartbroken cry everytime jason leaves...even if he's just taking out the trash! good thing our kids have such great daddy's that they miss having them around!

I know the feeling of kids asking for Daddy all day...."where's Daddy, why is he at school and not with us, when will daddy be home..." it breaks your heart but like you said you do what you gotta do.

Daddy's are special creatures! That picture is too perfect, that's what its like. Poor kiddos. Do they know we feel the same way too? It's just not as cute to see a wife hanging on to her husband for dear life, but a little girl and her daddy... now that's a heart breaker!
How adorable. Nathan always hates when Jon leaves in the morning. It's fun to see the kids with Dad! I think it's 'cause dads really know how to play. :)
Oh that would be so tuff. But at least he knows they love him. Yeah for summer time!
