I decided to do the the local library's summer reading program with Brielle and Braden.
The goal was 15 books each.
They were both SO diligent because they were so excited to get a book of coupons at completion.
One of the coupons in the book included a free day at one of the waterparks around here.
We promised them that if they completed their reading by the time Scott took his test, we would all go to the waterpark the day after.
The day Scott was taking boards we headed to the library to claim their little prize.
It was so cute to see how excited they were!
To say that they had a blast at the waterpark is an understatement!
They had the time of their little lives!
They, of course, couldn't get enough of their daddy. They hardly saw him during that whole month he was studying!
We were all so glad to have him to ourselves for the rest of the week and weekend.
Brielle 'had' to take a picture with the mermaid.
Braden found his friend from preschool at the waterpark and they were inseparable!
...until he fell and hurt his ankle. He was very sad.
He took a little break but couldn't stay away from the water for too long.
As long as he was in the water, he was happy.
He went back to playing with Joey, and they literally went up and down that slide like 20 times!
It was such a fun, exhausting day!
Definitely worth it!

My mom got the kids some legos.
It was like Christmas for Brielle and Braden...
...and it was like Christmas for Scott too.
He built a tower.
Braden asked if he could kick it down...Scott said yes.
...and then Brielle was balancing the legos with her foot.
They spent all morning long playing with legos. Hours and hours.
Legos are such a wonderful thing.:)
It's so nice to have a massage therapist in the family! Scott got a well-deserved massage from my sister. She seriously gives the BEST back massages!

We had to head to the pool one last time before Scottie starts his 4th year.
He started this Monday with his ICU rotation.
I'm hoping I don't go into labor during one of the days he's on call!
I'm huge! ...and I'm getting so clumpsy.
On the way to the pool, we were coming down the stairs and I totally biffed it on the last step. I scrapped my knees pretty good...
But everything is fine with the baby, I just now have two scrapped knees...
Scott was having fun with the diving board!
ha ha! He's such a goofball.
Braden kept giving him 'thumbs up'...he just thinks his daddy is the coolest daddy ever!
He was so proud of his daddy!
I think deep inside, Braden wished he could be jumping off the diving board.
Fourth year has begun and I can't hardly believe it!
8 months from now and we'll hopefully be matching for residency!
Now onto having this baby!!!!

Looks like fun! Of course you'll go into labor when he's on call. That's how Murphy's Law works. But, Scott will be there. Period. End of story. Good luck to you and let us know if we can get you anything. You're definitely in our thoughts and prayers.
Your belly pics are SOOOOOO cute!!! I can't believe the time is here already. I am so excited to see pictures and to hear what it is and what you name this little cutie pie. I only wish we were a short drive away so we could come and visit and help with the kiddos. :(
I am happy that Scott's boards are over and glad that it all took place BEFORE your baby gets here! Exciting times at the Jensen household. We love you guys and wish you the best of luck with your new baby!!!
Ok, so this is Stacey, not my sister Angie. :) I am on her computer and apparently am signed in as her! Ooops! You know who I am, right?? :)
The first time I totally met you- you were beautifully pregnant like you are right now! I totally remember thinking- WOW. If I could look that gorgeous!
Love seeing your life through pictures! :)
You look so cute!!! I totally understand what you mean about being a cluts, I swear I have the biggest butter fingers, I think it's because subconsciously I know I don't want to bend over and pick ANYTHING up! I miss you Dee! I really have been meaning to call you for a long time now! I want to talk before you have your baby!! Love you!P.S. The pictures of Braden and Scott are priceless! Love it!
Yea for Legos! When Eric plays with Genevieve the rules are a little more rigid. It's funny.
